Account Coordinator

To support a growing Food Supply Chain client base, Evidence Group are looking to recruit an Account Coordinator. The role will be based at their Penrith office, but will involve frequent travel to meet clients.

The day to day activities this role will involve include:

  • Project management of key veterinary and data projects for clients, working with internal veterinary, data and administrative colleagues to deliver projects in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Working closely with farmers to ensure they meet client data requirements, ensuring compliance with protocols and following up where there are non-compliances
  • Liaising with client’s stakeholders to maintain farmer relationships and ensure all parties are fully engaged on project delivery and outcomes
  • Responding to ad hoc client requests, often requiring analysis of data and summary reports with recommendations
  • Working with data colleagues to build dashboards to summarise data gathered ensuring full access and flexibility to analyse data, to meet the demands of existing clients and targeted new clients
  • Identifying areas for potential business development or opportunities for new projects to generate extra revenue

Key Skills

The following skills would be required for this role:

  • Experience within the agriculture sector is essential, ideally being used to dealing with farmers on a regular basis
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with a variety of colleagues and clients, including farmers, client managers, farmers, vets and IT developers
  • Able to work independently ideally with experience of making timely decisions in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient working with data and with the capabilities to analyse it, whilst ensuring attention to detail to prevent errors
  • Adaptable and able to work across different clients and projects on a constant basis
